FIRE PUMPS & SYSTEMS PROTECTION

Complete engineered fire protection system assembly featuring electric motor-driven pumps having diffrent capacity(as per requested) or diesel-driven pumps with automatic starting systems. Includes jockey pumps with pressure maintenance within ±5 PSI, comprehensive control panels with automatic transfer switches, circuit monitoring, and emergency power backup. We integrate pressure tanks, flow switches with 10-150 GPM range, and alarm systems with horn/strobe notification. The assembly process includes precise electrical wiring with rigid steel conduit, THHN copper wiring, and proper grounding to NEC standards. Pipe connections welded systems or threaded connections with appropriate torque specifications. Valve installations include check valves, OS&Y gate valves, and butterfly valves with gear operators. Comprehensive hydrostatic testing conducted at 17bar minimum for 4 hours duration. Final commissioning includes flow, alarm simulation for all fault conditions, and seamless integration with building fire alarm systems via dry contacts or addressable modules for coordinated emergency response.
