DOMESTIC WATER BOOSTER PUMP SYSTEM
This type of system is used to maintain constant water pressure in buildings—especially apartments, commercial buildings, and facilities where the municipal water pressure is not strong enough.
Key Components:
- Two or More Vertical Multistage/Horizontal Single Stage Booster Pumps: These pumps are designed to increase water pressure and ensure continuous flow.
- Control Panel: The electrical control box mounted in front of the pumps contains switches, indicators, and safety controls used to operate and monitor the pump system.
- Piping: Stainless-steel/PPR piping are connected to the pumps for inlet and outlet water flow.
- Water Tank Walls (Background): The pumps appear to be installed inside or next to a sectional panel water tank (SMC/GRP tank), which stores the domestic water.
- Expansion Vessel: This includes vessels of different size and capacity for proper function of the system.
Purpose of the System
This setup is specifically for domestic water supply—meaning it provides water for sinks, showers, toilets, and general building usage. The booster pumps ensure stable pressure regardless of how many people are using water at the same time.
